What are the Unlimited Plans?

Boost Mobile’s Unlimited Plans offer something for everyone, whether you’re looking for unlimited data, a single-line plan or a family plan.

Who can activate on these plans?

Anyone on the Expanded Data Network with a compatible device can select these plans.

Can I build a family plan with these plans?

Yes, you can combine/stack these plans together to create a multi-line family account. You can also combine the $50/mo. Unlimited plan with the $60/mo. Unlimited Plus plan. Each additional line added to a primary customer on the $50/mo. Unlimited plan or the $60/mo. Unlimited Plus plan is discounted $20 per line.

Will I be notified when I’m close to using all of my high-speed data?

Yes, you will receive a text message when 85% of your data has been consumed. In addition, you will be able to view data usage toward your plan’s allotment on My Account through the Boost Mobile website or through the My Boost App on your device.

Which plans are eligible for device promotions?

Both the $50/mo. and the $60/mo. Unlimited plans are eligible for port-in device pricing and BOGO/Buy One Get One promotions, as well as BoostUP! (once eligibility criteria is met).

Who can activate on these plans?

Anyone activating a new line of service on the Expanded Data Network with a compatible device can select these plans.

Existing Boost customers cannot change to the $15 or $25 plan.

These are promotional plans available for a limited time. If a new customer activates on a $15 or $25 Stackable Plan and changes to another plan that’s not a Stackable Plan, they will not be able to change back to any of the Stackable Plans.

Can I build a family plan with the Stackable plans?

Yes, you can combine/stack these plans together to create a multi-line family account. There is no discount when adding lines, however it allows the primary account holder to make one payment for all family members (the primary account must be a Stackable Plan). Secondary family members are responsible for paying non-recurring additional services.

What does ‘capped’ data mean?

Once the plan’s allotted high-speed data has been depleted, in order to access more high-speed data, the customer may purchase data pack add-ons (good for one month) or bolt-ons (recurring monthly feature added to the plan) for $5 for 1GB or $10 for 2GB of high-speed data.

Will I be notified when I’m close to using all my data?

Yes, you will receive a text message when 85% of your data has been consumed and another text message when 100% of your data has been consumed. In addition, you will be able to view data usage toward your plan’s allotment on My Account through the Boost Mobile website or through the My Boost App on your device.

Which plans are eligible for device promotions?

The $35 plan (and higher cost price plans) are eligible for port-in device pricing and BOGO promotions, as well as BoostUP! (once eligibility criteria is met). These plans are not eligible for Add-a-Line device promotions.

While on the $15 and $25 plans, you can bring your own compatible device or purchase Boost Mobile compatible devices for the Suggested Retail Price.

What does it mean when my data speeds have been reduced?

The high-speed data that comes with each plan’s data allocation performs at the highest speeds available on the network (data speeds vary depending on a variety of factors, including environment, local network coverage, device, etc.).

When the plan’s high-speed data has been depleted, unlimited data will continue at reduced speeds - which may result in longer download times and degraded streaming capabilities for the remainder of the billing cycle or if a high-speed Data Pack has been applied - for the remainder of its data allocation amount.

Are taxes still included in these rate plans?

Yes! The total monthly plan price includes services, taxes, and fees built into the monthly rate.

Can these plans access 5G data speeds?

The following plans can access 5G data speeds on the Expanded Data Network as long as the customer has a 5G compatible device within an area offering 5G service:

  • $15 for 2GB
  • $25 for 5GB
  • $35 for 10GB
  • $50 Unlimited Plan
  • $60 Unlimited Plus Plan

Do any of the plans offer HD video streaming?

Yes, Boost Mobile does offer a $60 Unlimited Plus plan that includes HD streaming.

The Stackable Plans offer video streaming in Standard Definition (SD). Mobile-optimized streaming delivers a high-quality experience for mobile devices. Streaming video can be up to 480p+ resolution and music streams up to 500 kbps. Streaming cloud gaming is limited up to 2 Mbps.

You can add HD Buy Up resolution streaming for only $10 a line per month. With this premium quality mobile streaming experience, you will enjoy:

  • HD-quality streaming videos, up to 1080p+
  • HD music streaming, up to 1.5 Mbps
  • Gaming streams, up to 8 Mbps

Do these plans also offer domestic voice roaming?

Yes, all plans include 50 minutes of domestic voice roaming on Android devices only.

What happens when I miss my payment? Will my phone services still work?

  • Your service will be interrupted until you add enough money to your account to cover your monthly payment amount. However, for 30 days from your missed payment date, you will have access to limited services (incoming text messages, incoming phone calls and the ability to call Boost Mobile Customer Care).
  • On the day you make your payment to restore your service, your next monthly payment date will be one day prior to the date that service was restored (e.g., if your service is restored on February 15th, your monthly payment date will be reset to March 14th).
  • You have 120 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full or your account will be cancelled and you will lose all funds in your account balance and your phone number.

Can customers on the Boost Nationwide Network upgrade to the NEW plans on the Expanded Data Network?

Existing customers on the Boost Nationwide Network who want to upgrade to the Expanded Data Network with a compatible device are able to change their plan to the $35, $50 and $60 Unlimited plans only.

Can I add multiple Data Packs at the same time?

At any time, you may purchase Data Pack add-ons (good for one month) or bolt-ons (recurring monthly feature added to the plan) for $5 for 1GB or $10 for 2GB of high-speed data. Availability of data packs varies by plan.

You may add up to one of each, multiple or all of the following services to your account at the same time but you may not have more than one of the same service on your account at once.

  • $5 1GB one-time add-on (expires in 30 days)
  • $5 1GB recurring bolt-on (renews automatically on your Monthly Payment Date)
  • $10 2GB one-time add-on
  • $10 2GB recurring bolt-on
